Work Order Settings - BlueFolder

Choose the term that best fits your business:

BlueFolder uses the default term of 'Service Request' in our documentation, the developer API, etc.

The following users will be automatically added to the 'Other Related People' list when creating new Work Orders.

Set the default visibility (Public or Private) for comments added to Work Order.

By default, set comment to 'Public' when adding general comments to Work Orders.

By default, set comment to 'Public' when changing the status of Work Orders.

By default, set comment to 'Public' when adding expense items to Work Orders.

By default, set comment to 'Public' when adding labor items to Work Orders.

By default, set comment to 'Public' when adding materials items to Work Orders.

By default, set comment to 'Public' when completing assignments for Work Orders.

Set the default visibility (Public or Private) for attachments added to Work Order.

By default, set attachments to 'Public'.

Set the default date limit to restrict the Work Order browse list.

This setting will default your Work Order list to display Work Orders created from the date selected until today. Setting this to a shorter time period such as "One Year" will speed up the performance of your default list.
