NOTE: When the "Attach an iCal meeting request" option shown below is selected, any enabled schedule-related notifications will always be sent, regardless of this setting.
Notifications for Schedule-Related Events
  When an appointment less than 24-hours away is created, changed, or deleted
  When an appointment more than 24 hours away is created, changed, or deleted
  When a scheduled Work Order Assignment less than 24 hours away is created, changed, or deleted

My Work Orders and Assignments
  When a comment by a customer is added to a Work Order that is assigned to me
  When a comment is added to a Work Order that is assigned to me
  When a Work Order assigned to me is changed (not including changes to items in the Work Order)
  When a Work Order assigned to me is deleted
  When an attachment is added to a Work Order that is assigned to me
  When one of my unscheduled assignments is created, changed, or deleted

Work Orders Related to Me
