AI-Powered Customer Communication Summary

We're excited to introduce our new AI Customer Communication Summary feature! This powerful tool helps you quickly understand your customer's history, concerns, and resolutions without manually reviewing every email and log entry.

Key Benefits:

  • Save Time: Get instant summaries of customer communications, including emails, service request logs, and notes
  • Better Context: Understand customer relationships at a glance with comprehensive summaries that include reference links back to original communications

This feature is available by default for Enterprise plan customers and can be enabled in your account settings. Summaries intelligently prioritize recent communications while still including important historical context.


Improvements and Bug Fixes

Past Due Invoice Filtering

Invoice aging reports now accurately categorize and display invoices in the 61-90 day past due range. You can easily filter and view invoices in this category, and the filter selection stays consistent as you navigate through your invoice lists.

Invoice Batch Loading

Invoice batch pages now load smoothly and reliably, even when working with large batches containing many invoices. You can view and manage all your invoice batches without interruption, making it easier to process large volumes of invoices efficiently.

Service Manager Default

When creating service requests from the mobile app, the Service Manager field now automatically defaults to the location's assigned service manager, just like it does on the desktop version. This saves you time by eliminating the need to manually select the correct service manager for each ticket.

Zone and postal code information now appears on printed calendar schedules, making it easier to see location details when printing schedules for field technicians. This information helps technicians quickly identify service locations and plan their routes more efficiently.

Both linear distance and driving proximity search options now work correctly when scheduling assignments. You can find the closest service locations using either straight-line distance or actual driving time, giving you accurate results to help optimize your scheduling and routing decisions.

Service Request Management

Work Orders now open smoothly from the service request list whether you single-click or double-click on a row. This provides a more consistent and reliable navigation experience when accessing your work orders.

Search Improvements

Search functionality has been enhanced for better performance and reliability. Searching for service request IDs and other numeric identifiers is now faster and more efficient, making it quicker to find the information you need.

Minor Fixes, Improvements and Enhancements

This release includes various bug fixes, error handling improvements, and security enhancements to improve overall system stability and reliability. These updates address minor issues throughout the application and strengthen the system's error handling capabilities.

This update introduces improvements across Service Requests, Customer Management, Equipment Tracking, and Document Handling. We have added new AI capabilities, enhanced reporting options, improved data filtering, and addressed several usability issues.


Service Requests

AI Summarizer

A new AI-powered summary feature has been added to summarize the work performed on a Service Request in your account. This feature will use AI to provide a concise overview of the ticket and refreshes automatically when details change.

Date Filtering

The Service Request list now default to the last 24 months. This change significantly improves performance by reducing query size and optimizing database access. Users can still select “All Time” for full history when needed, but the default filter ensures faster load times and better responsiveness for large accounts.

Attachments in Web Request Form

Customers submitting requests through the web form can now upload files such as PDFs, images, and documents without logging into the portal. This allows them to provide additional context for the work to be performed. All uploaded files are scanned for malware, and the interface flags any files that contain malicious content before they can be accessed.


Customer Management

Custom Fields in Quick Customer Create

All customer custom fields now display when adding a new customer from a Service Request. This enhances the quick-add functionality by providing more data entry options without leaving the workflow.


Equipment

Warranty Dashboard and Reporting

A new dashboard widget shows warranty status for equipment (Under Warranty, Expiring soon, Expired). The accompanying Equipment Warranty Report allows customers to quickly identify which assets need attention from a warranty perspective, helping them plan service and replacement activities more effectively. An optional “Warranty Expiration” column has also been added to the Equipment List for at-a-glance visibility.

Release Notes - 2025.012

This update includes improvements across Work Orders, Calendar scheduling, and QuickBooks integration. We have added clearer billing indicators when cloning Work Orders, more accurate service request data, improved calendar visibility, and enhanced mobile compatibility. We’ve also fixed a bug affecting customer creation and made several performance and performed multiple reliability upgrades behind the scenes.

Work Orders

  • Cloning a Work Order We have improved the interface when cloning a work order, If the billing information doesn’t match the customer’s default, it will now be clearly highlighted in order to reduce confusion and save time.

  • Latest Update list accuracy Hovering over a Work Order now gives you up-to-date insights at a glance.The Work Order list has been improved to increase speed and pull the most up-to-date information when viewing the latest log entry while hovering over a Work Order.

  • New Customer Phone number requirement Resolved a bug where customers couldn’t be added from a Work Order if a the main phone number was required.

Calendar

  • All-day slot visibility The all-day slot on the new calendar interface now displays the more details of an item in the all-day slot on the calendar. This allows you to see more information at a glance without having to click on each event.

  • Drag-and-drop reliability We’ve fine-tuned drag-and-drop functionality for a smoother, more reliable scheduling experience.

QuickBooks

  • Invoice transfers that require tax codes Improved the workflow so invoices that need tax codes transfer more reliably to QuickBooks.

Mobile

  • Android app SDK update The Android app now targets the latest Android SDK for improved compatibility and platform support.

    Status counts displayed on the dashboard now match those in the Work Order list, even for service requests without any log entries.

    Lists now load more efficiently by using improved record count tracking, reducing database load and improving performance.

Contract Permissions Updates

  • More Granular Contract Access Control
    Contract information is now displayed based on updated role permissions. Users will only see contract-related data and actions they have permission to view or perform.

Smart List & Custom Field Updates

  • Smart Lists Update When Custom Fields Change
    Smart Lists now automatically refresh when a custom field is deleted or modified. A new confirmation prompt also appears before deleting a custom field, providing additional context.

Fix: Custom Sorting Fix for Customer & Equipment Lists

  • Customer & Equipment lists were not properly sorting on Custom Fields
    We’ve resolved an issue where sorting by custom fields (as well as normal sorting) was not working in the Customer and Equipment lists. Previously, clicking on a column header (such as a custom field name) would refresh the page but fail to change the sort order. With this update, sorts now work as expected.
