Web Requests
General Settings

BlueFolder provides a web form that your customers can use to submit requests for service (called web requests). Each web request is automatically converted to a new Work Order in your account. The settings below allow you to customize the way web requests look and behave.

You can be notified when customers submit or modify web requests. To setup notifications, go to Settings > Email > Global Notifications.

Note: This feature is not available in all price plans.
